Haïkel DRINE is a serial entrepreneur and consultant expert recognized in new technologies with more than 20 years of experience. Studying Computer Science led him to a doctorate in the United States (NYU) ; he has worked and advised the most important international financial institutions (BNP Paribas, Banque de France, European Central Bank, HSBC), renowned public and private organizations, and some governments.
From 17, he has developed several ambitious projects and successful innovative start-ups between Europe, Africa, and North America since the 2000s, including three unicorns.
He has distinguished himself with these creative works in new technologies by winning several national and international awards. Rich in these experiences in managing complex projects, he focuses on the intersections between emerging technologies, innovation, and digital culture with social and societal impact.
He is currently the founder and director of the « Afrikanda » Innovation Center, which specializes in artificial intelligence on three continents, with offices in Tunis, Marseille, and Miami. He is also a partner in the first business creation studio in health technologies in Africa and the MENA region (Factory 619 in Tunis and Factory 319 in Marseille), with an international and regional influence in the Mediterranean basin.
Haïkel is also a former high-level athlete (judo, football) and chairs two non-governmental organizations, one in the social and humanitarian field and the other to combat the digital divide.

Haïkel DRINE est un serial entrepreneur et consultant expert reconnu dans les nouvelles technologies avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience. Ses études en informatique l’ont conduit à un doctorat aux Etats-Unis ; il a travaillé et conseillé les plus grandes institutions financières internationales, des organisations publiques et privées de renom, ainsi que certains gouvernements.
Dès l’âge de 17 ans, il a développé plusieurs projets ambitieux et des start-ups innovantes réussies entre l’Europe, l’Afrique et l’Amérique du Nord depuis les années 2000.
Il s’est distingué par ces travaux créatifs dans le domaine des nouvelles technologies en remportant plusieurs prix nationaux et internationaux. Riche de ces expériences dans la gestion de projets complexes, il se concentre sur les intersections entre les technologies émergentes, l’innovation et la culture numérique avec un impact social et sociétal.
De 2014 à 2020, il a été Maire-Adjoint aux Nouvelles Technologies à la ville du Blanc-Mesnil et y a développé plusieurs projets à succès.
Il dirige actuellement le centre d’innovation “Afrikanda” spécialisé dans l’intelligence artificielle et basé à Tunis, Marseille et Miami. “Afrikanda” est un hub dédié au technologie disruptive où les nouvelles technologies y sont développées avec plusieurs transversales (FinTech, HealthTech, SmartCity, EdTech, Web3, Blockchain…). Il est aussi Business Partner avec le startup studio – incubateur Factory 319 spécialisé dans la santé numérique et basé à Marseille.
Haïkel est également un ancien athlète de haut niveau (judo, football) et préside deux organisations non gouvernementales, l’une dans le domaine social et humanitaire et l’autre dans la lutte contre la fracture numérique.
